1. Introduction

Welcome to AMerryClean. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and home cleaning services. By booking a cleaning service or using our website at amerryclean.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

AMerryClean operates a professional home cleaning platform serving Temple, TX and the surrounding Central Texas area. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AMerryClean, and "you" and "your" refer to the customer.

2. Services

AMerryClean provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Standard Cleaning — Regular maintenance cleaning of your home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and general tidying.
Deep Cleaning — A thorough, intensive cleaning that covers everything in a standard clean plus detailed work on baseboards, inside appliances, window sills, light fixtures, and more.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning — Comprehensive cleaning designed for homes in transition, ensuring the property is spotless for new occupants or for your security deposit return.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book a cleaning, you agree to provide accurate information about your home, including the property size, number of rooms, and any special conditions or requests.

We will confirm your booking via email or text message. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and AMerryClean. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but exact arrival times may vary based on prior appointments and travel conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the cleaner has access to your home at the scheduled time. If a cleaner arrives and cannot gain entry, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payment

AMerryClean uses flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service selected. Pricing is displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Recurring cleaning customers may receive discounts as listed on our website. These discounts apply only to regularly scheduled services and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our cleaning professionals:

More than 24 hours before service: Cancel for a full refund. No cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours before service: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee compensates our cleaning professionals for reserved time.
No-show: If our cleaner arrives and cannot gain entry or the appointment was not cancelled, the full service amount will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone at (254) 555-1234 or by email at info@amerryclean.com. Cancellations made through our website booking system are also accepted.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of your service and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

The re-clean request must be made within 48 hours of the original service.
The re-clean will address only the specific areas or tasks identified in your complaint.
The guarantee does not cover damage to surfaces or items caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or conditions not disclosed at booking.

7. Liability

AMerryClean carries general liability insurance to cover accidental damage that may occur during cleaning. If any damage occurs during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per incident. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects in surfaces, appliances, or fixtures.
Items of extraordinary value (fine art, antiques, jewelry) unless declared before service.
Damage caused by improper installation of fixtures or appliances.
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking and service delivery — including your name, address, phone number, and email — is used solely to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with our cleaning professionals to the extent necessary to complete your service, and with payment processors to complete transactions.

For photo-verified cleaning results, before and after photos are taken for quality assurance. These photos are shared only with you and are not used for marketing without your explicit written consent.

9. Independent Contractors

Cleaning professionals who perform services through AMerryClean operate as independent contractors, not employees. As independent contractors, they maintain their own schedules, supply their own equipment and supplies, and are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

AMerryClean verifies that all cleaning professionals on our platform have passed background checks and carry appropriate insurance coverage. We maintain quality standards through our review system and satisfaction guarantee.

10. Service Area

AMerryClean currently serves the following areas in Central Texas:

Temple, TX
Killeen, TX
Belton, TX
Salado, TX
Harker Heights, TX

We may expand our service area over time. If your location is outside our current coverage area, please contact us to check availability. Additional travel fees may apply for locations at the edge of our service area.

11. Changes to Terms

AMerryClean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
