AMerryClean operates a professional home cleaning platform serving Temple, TX and the surrounding Central Texas area. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AMerryClean, and "you" and "your" refer to the customer.

Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book a cleaning, you agree to provide accurate information about your home, including the property size, number of rooms, and any special conditions or requests.
We will confirm your booking via email or text message. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and AMerryClean. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but exact arrival times may vary based on prior appointments and travel conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that the cleaner has access to your home at the scheduled time. If a cleaner arrives and cannot gain entry, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
AMerryClean uses flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service selected. Pricing is displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Recurring cleaning customers may receive discounts as listed on our website. These discounts apply only to regularly scheduled services and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of your service and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

AMerryClean carries general liability insurance to cover accidental damage that may occur during cleaning. If any damage occurs during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per incident. We are not liable for:
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking and service delivery — including your name, address, phone number, and email — is used solely to provide and improve our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with our cleaning professionals to the extent necessary to complete your service, and with payment processors to complete transactions.
For photo-verified cleaning results, before and after photos are taken for quality assurance. These photos are shared only with you and are not used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
Cleaning professionals who perform services through AMerryClean operate as independent contractors, not employees. As independent contractors, they maintain their own schedules, supply their own equipment and supplies, and are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
AMerryClean verifies that all cleaning professionals on our platform have passed background checks and carry appropriate insurance coverage. We maintain quality standards through our review system and satisfaction guarantee.
